The carpets I had cleaned look great. I like that it dries fast. I also appreciate that guards were used on the corners of my stairs to protect them from their equipment possibly nicking them. Patrick, your technician, was very personable and professional. I liked that he used a UV light to detect the pet urine and used a special product on those areas only, instead of on the entire carpet. Your 30 day guarantee is great!

The employees that came to do my ducts and carpet were very pleasant and professional. I felt they did a great job of giving me feedback on what they were doing, and if I had any questions or concerns they answered them. They were in and out in a timely manner, and took great care in preventing any damage to any wall corners with plastic barriers. And yes, they do wear booties on their feet when doing your carpet. :)
