The staff is very friendly and helpful. My carpets always smell fresh and clean after they are done. In the past I have had bad stains that other carpet companies have tried to clean but were not able to but Zerores took the stain out and it never returned.

The carpet looked great. Actually better than I expected. The young men who came were well mannered and very respectful as well as very knowledgeable.

I love the-services of Zeroez, steaming bath tiles,the rug cleaning and stain resistant product put on the rug. I have two cats and a puppy, I have my condo cleaned quarterly. Every time my rugs look wonderful and spots are gone. They use natural products. The men are efficient and polite. I have used "Patrick" for a couple years. He is terrific. First name removed

The service was fast and the cleaning surpassed all of my expectations. After getting a new puppy - our first animal ever - I thought I was going to have to rip out our carpet and start over. The technician did not seem at all distressed about cleaning the carpet and when he was done it looked almost as good as new. There was not as much moisture in the carpet and this helped the carpet dry much quicker.

Nice people all around...my tech CHASE has shampooed carpets at two homes and he always been poliet and the carpets look great....I love how fast they dry and how clean they turn out..I will always use your services and I love your ad with the two little girls and their brother...I like the expediency of appts and the actual time that it takes to clean..
