The spot/stain remover is amazing. Two other local companies could not remove the woolite stain on the carpeted steps...but your product and your employee Joshua, did it :) The tile he cleaned changed color.... Beautiful!! Nick did a great job finding and treating stains since the previous owner had dogs in the house and I have an allergy to them. I am also thankful the carpets dry quickly. Nick cleaned the carpets Friday and movers came with our stuff to move it in Saturday. I have already given your number to my Mom and Dad because Mom was here when Nick came and she was so impressed with the work.
