The Zerorez cleaning products don't have a "chemical" smell. During application and treatment there is a temporary and mild smell of citrus, oranges to be precise, which smells good. A day or so later that citrus smell completely goes away leaving no odor - it is odorless. The treatment process has an amazing ability to remove dark spots even from very light colored carpets. In our case, of a light beige colored carpet, some small orange rust colored stain spots also completely went away and could not be distinguished at all after cleaning by Zerorez.

Zack was wonderful! Clean cut, polite, friendly, knowledgeable. We are under construction and the house is a mess with contractor stuff everywhere, but Zack wasn't phased and really did a fabulous job.
I do not care for very fragrant cleaners and this was not. By morning it was just beautifully clean.
Will have you back for periodotic cleanings to keep everything lovely.

I am satisfied that you did your very best on cleaning my sofa. It is as clean as it is going to get. Your people correctly convinced me that the color had changed, which was a part of the problem. HOWEVER, when they cleaned it again, it did appear much better...much whiter. I just think MY sofa was really very inground dirty, somehow. Although it was covered for the ten years I had it in storage, the color could well have simply been damaged. Your men did the very best they could with it. Thank you.

Prompt scheduling and follow up

We paid a great deal of money to have another service clean our carpets (twice!). Unfortunately our carpet looked worse than when before they started. Left behind was a great deal of grease and soap. With just ONE cleaning Zerorez removed all grease and soap residue and the carpets look brand new again! These are commercial carpets and they've never looked this good.

My carpet is very old and we have pets. It was in terrible shape, and he went out of his way to explain all the options. After we chose, he gave us a room for free so it could be more affordable! He then proceeded to do an awesome job. Although a few stains did not come out completely, (still MUCH better than any of the many services we've tried over the years), the carpet feels and smells cleaner than I've ever thought possible! My house no longer smells like a dog pound, and I can't wait to host my grandson's birthday party with 17 little boys sitting and playing on my carpet! It's a dream come true!

I live on a wheat farm. We have cats and dogs in the house. We burn a wood stove. All of those things contribute to the grunge in the carpet on a daily basis.

The follow through. The first time my carpet was cleaned on October 16, 2014, I was not pleased with the outcome. Tara called me after my negative feedback, we talked and she scheduled Josh to come and go over the areas I felt needed some additional care. He came yesterday and did an outstanding job, my carpet looks great and I am very, very pleased and appreciative.

The carpet came out very nice and it dried very quickly.
