First, my carpets look great. I like that you don't use any soaps or drergents to attract more dirt. And when Brian came out, he offered to do our stairs at a discount and did the hallway too. He went way above and beyond. It's the small details like giving a courtesy call she. The tech was on his way and doing a little extra. We own our own building and rent out some very small suites (approx. 200 square feet) to business that need an affordable place to run their offices. Zerorez was the only cleaner we contacted that said, hey this is a small area, we don't think it's reasonable to charge you the commercial rate. And they did that without us having to ask for anything special. We love that kind of thinking that supports the small business owner as that's what we are and what we do. That's the first thing I appreciated. Next, I was kept in the loop on status of arrival without having to go and find out. That saves time for me and also proves that Zerorez takes my business seriously, even if it's not a big job. The technician was friendly and professional. He assessed our needs, offered some suggestions for the best results and did the job thoroughly and quickly. The carpets look beautiful and we are very happy. We will use Zerorez again and I will tell anyone who asks me this is where to go.

On Tuesday Rob cleaned an apartment in Spokane Valley‎, for the our family. I'm the Mom & I was there & paid for my adult son's carpet to be cleaned. My son is disabled and couldn't help me with a little project that needed some muscles to accomplish. It was going to be an ordeal for me, but Rob stepped in and helped me out. It took him only a couple of minutes to put a bed frame together, where it would have taken me hours!
