no residue left over on our carpets. Mike the mechanic used Hydrocide (sp?) on a bodily fluid stain on our son's new Karastan carpet on Oct 1. Cleaned and deodorized it. The stain & odor seemed to have made its way down to the new carpet padding, thus needing the Hydrocide solution.

Great technicians

Courteous, professional and efficient. They did some upholstery work for me on the spot and needed to go back to the office to get the dry cleaning machine, that is customer service! The carpets and furniture look great too!
