Nick did everything wright but he was dealing with a 15 year old carpet and we live in the country. So our traffic area has taken a beating. He was able to take the stains out of the main area I was concerned about and am thrilled. Nick did mention to watch the area, that there's a 30 day warranty on the cleaning and if it shows back up to call.

Quick and professional service.Even gave me a 30 minute heads up that they werecoming.The amount of water used is way at less compared to other companies.The carpets took no time to dry(maybe 4 hrs).
They were prompt and arrived in the appointed time. Nick was very polite and professional. They took care with my home wearing shoe guards and putting up corner guards. And the carpets look great!
