Brendon (spelling), did a great job of removing the spots, and was apologetic. He helped me understand why some of the spots could not be removed and gave me some options.

My technician was Travis, he showed up on time and immediately got to work. He was very friendly and helpful, answered all of my questions. He recommended some additional services for some problem areas that really worked. From start to finish I was extremely happy with the work that was provided and all my carpets look AMAZING now.

I have one small room and 13 stairs so I have been reluctant to use you due to your minimum price. I have a finished basement with an outdoor type carpet that hasn't ever been cleaned with boys in and out over the years. With your recent "retro" special I was curious to see what you are all about. WOW! Pet odor, ink, and just general dirt gone. The stairs were just done in December so they were clean, but they now look amazing. I'm a believer. Thanks Rick Lukins.

What do you like about our products and services?

It was amazing to see how much dirt, hair and grime came out of the carpet! It feels great knowing that it is no longer in our home. Our technician was very kind and courteous, and did a wonderful job. Way to go Zerorez!

Nick was very nice and fast. I guess our carpets were too beat up to really notice a huge difference. The cat pee smell is gone so that is a definite bonus.
