Your method is incredibly effective. I shampooed my carpets 3 months ago but they needed it again. In a low traffic area that was still "clean", I could see a visible line as your tech cleaned. I was pretty shocked. I am excited to see how they hold up.

Service was excellent. Pet extraction needs a second application, not because of bad work, but it just seems to need a bit more extraction around edges of stain.
Nick did a great job cleaning our carpet, sofa and loveset. They turned out great!! I especially appreciated the call to let me know when he would be arriving.
