We are extremely pleased! Shane did a great job of explaining the process involved and he did a great job of cleaning. In fact, he was able to remove 5 spots that one of your competitors could not remove the last time we had the carpets cleaned.

We will for sure use you again when the time comes.

BOTH TECHNICIANS WERE INCREDIBLY NICE AND THOROUGH. MY CARPETS LOOK AMAZING. THERE WAS ONLY 1 STAIN THEY COULDN'T REMOVE BUT OVERALL I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.

The nice young man was very professional. He listened to my questions about the kitchen floor and was willing to help. The carpet cleaning was nothing compared to the excellent job he did on the kitchen floor. I've already told several people how pleased I was. I'm just surprised that I hadn't heard of your company before.

I would recommend a waterproof cover under furniture if being cleaned on a hard wood floor! When I moved my furniture there were water stains under the legs! Otherwise I was very satisfied.
