My carpet is old and needs to be replaced but it was very dirty and had dirt from high traffic areas and a few pet stains. The technician came in and did a great job. It's not perfect because of the age of the carpet but it looks so much better. He got the high traffic areas clean and my carpet looks much more presentable.

We love Zerorez. This is the second time we've used the company and both times have produced great results. The carpet is virtually dry the next day--not even slightly damp. Other carpet cleaning companies take at least 3 days to dry completely. We highly recommend using Zerorez!
This was my first time using the service but they were on time and did what they said they would do and my carpets look great. I would defenitly use them again or recommend them to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned.

My carpets look very clean after each service. On one occasion, a high traffic area did not appear very clean and when I called them about it they sent someone out that day.
I like that the technician showed up and was very interested in seeing what we wanted done and then got right to work. It's nice that a business actually does what they say they will do in a timely manner at a fair price. And I've tried other carpet cleaning companies that I wasn't satisfied with, so I know how good your products and services are.
The floors look great, and Hunter was very respectful. I love that he was so personable and friendly.
