I like that you don't use harsh chemicals.

We bought this house a couple years ago and they had dogs. We had NO idea how much dog urine was in the carpet! Samantha did an AMAZING job and spent almost 8 hours here getting it all out and cleaning our room size couch! She was such a hard worker and we hope to have her the next time we use Zerorez. Plan to do our shower floors and some tile.

Joanna, the tech and her trainee were very professional and explained everything that they were doing. At the same time they were also very personable and they are definitely an asset to your company , especially Joanna.

You have always done a great job. Although I don't carpet anymore, you have cleaned it in the past. The furniture looks great with no chemical smell. You are the only company I trust.

The employee was very knowledgeable and friendly, I feel he went above and beyond for us. The air in our home is so much cleaner and the new filter could not be easier to take care of, will definitely use them again!

The technician was on time, very professional and did a great job. He is the first one to put up the orange corner protectors and use the round fans in rooms to help them dry while he was completing other areas. I would highly recommend James! The best person we have had out yet!
