Our serviceman was so thorough and explained the products. I had pointed out spots, but he found more. He did all he could to help us and our carpet look its best.

Travis was outstanding! He talked to me about what he was doing, the process, chemicals, and suggestions for keeping my carpets looking great. He went out of his way and took extra effort on some of the very hard stains in my carpet. He got out stains I never thought possible.

Paul did an outstanding job! He was also able to clean my furnace and dryer vent which I wasn't scheduled for. Also, the furnace filter is awesome. I have already recommended you to my Mom. Keep up the good work.

Your service person was very pleasant and did a great job cleaning my air vents. The only thing that I was surprised about was when I looked at the receipt there was a $65 charge for cleaning my furnace. This service was probably needed but it had not been mentioned by anyone and I would of liked to know about this before it was done and added to my bill.

The people are great! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. You do a great job getting stains out and leaving the place clean and smelling good.

Our tech was not only friendly but straightforward with what he was needing to do. He gave us a quote before he started and let us know that he quoted on the high end and that it could be lower but wouldn't be any higher which was very nice to hear. He did an amazing and efficient job and we ended up paying lower than he quoted which was a bonus. Our carpets look amazing, better than we were hoping for in fact and we now feel comfortable letting our littles play on our carpet again. We will definitely be using them for our future needs.

The folks who cleaned our carpets were very personable and were very thorough when explaining the process and the cleaning.

Professional and helpful service.

The gentleman showed up on time and was very polite and professional. He explained how everything worked in detail and was very aware of my pets and their discomfort at the noise and suggested starting in a room we could then put the pets into for their safety. It didn't take very long and seems to have made a big difference in the amount of dust in the house. I would definitely recommend the duct cleaning service to all of my friends.
