-Initial phone call to get information and a quote,call from office to confirm day of service, and call with technician onsite were all professional and courteous. When given the initial quote, I was certain the technician once onsite was going to up-sell and increase the quote. This did not happen and I was stunned.

My husband went to the house while the technician was working. He said the tech was friendly, working hard, and took the job seriously. "That guy takes pride in a job well done." - my husband does NOT hand out compliments easily.

I recommended Zerorez to a friend the same day I had my carpet cleaned and she was also able to get on their schedule the same day. Rusty was her carpet cleaner and when he discovered that she was dealing with cancer, he made a quick call back to his headquarters and they opted to not charge my friend for their services.
Such an act of kindness needs to be lauded and applauded and please know It lifted her spirits immensely.

Quick and clean

We needed a deep cleaning after having some remodeling done and having workers tromp through our house in work boots. The technician really took time to make sure the carpet was clean. She also paid special attention to a pet urine area that we had tried to remove ourselves, but the smell kept coming back. She used a special cleaner and rinsed thoroughly and I think she got it taken care of! No smell!
