I like the service... easy to schedule an appt quickly, work is done quickly, and carpet usually turns out great. A couple times the carpet has ended up hard and crispy but for the most part we are very happy with the results.

The lady that cleaned our carpets took the time to explain and answer all our questions. You can tell she enjoyed and took pride in her work.
