The girls, Johanna and Tinna, who cleaned our sooty carpets and furniture were fantastic!!! They worked on our stairways until the ground in soot was gone. Our carpet looks new again. They explained what they were going to do and the products that they would use. Also what to do after they left.

Very pleasant young man. Just like your TV ad shows, he put on protective booties over his shoes, walked thru the area that needed to be cleaned. He was very professional, polite and even helped bring in a couple of logs so I could feed the wood stove in the living room. I had him also clean a large recliner and a loveseat. This was not on the original order, but since he had the time to do it, I went for it. Everything is fresh and clean to start the new year!! This is the second time I've used Zerorez and will use them again as needed. I already told my daughter about your company. I'm sure she will call to have her carpets cleaned.

When we moved into our house, the carpet was a light brown. Then after you guys cleaned it, it was white! The house smelled 100x better and the carpet looked almost brand new.
