He did a great job, was kind and courteous, and really knew what he was doing. After Paul left, James showed up to clean my carpets! James explained the cleaning process and worked diligently throughout the afternoon cleaning the carpets in my upstairs, main floor and basement. He, like Paul, was kind and considerate and a pleasure to have in my house. At the end of the day, I had a clean house to enjoy! My carpets look great. Zerorez put new life into my house! I had what I felt was an emergency. I was not supposed to be eating on the couch in our new home. However, I took a chance and actually spilled soup on our couch. Your Team came out and it looks like it never happened.
My carpet was so black I didn't think it could be revived but it looks so much better than I imagined. And the second room was not bad before but now looks like new. Anthony was A+ service. Polite, stayed focused on his job, worked well and quickly and was very pleasant.
I like that the cleaning product is chemical-free but still gets carpets crazy clean!
