It's a chemical-free product, which cleans really well! The technicians worked to get out a couple stubborn stains, and succeeded! I was talked into more spaces than I intended, but I am very satisfied with the results.

Anthony was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, along with being a hard worker. He is an excellent representative for your company. The carpet looks great, although it had a few ripples in it that seem to be settling down and fixing themselves as it dries. I will of course call if they don't all go away.
