I was so impressed with the 4 step process that Zerorez used to do the carpet cleaning. More importantly we used the subduction/pet treatment that was absolutely remarkable in removing urine that had crystalized under our carpet due to a cat we adapted that wouldn't use the litter box for a a 4-month period. The process takes time, but is remarkable how quickly results can be obtained after its completion.

Your services are what we expected, the carpets look brand new (almost). The technicians did an amazing job and were very courteous, they actually threw in a free vinyl cleaning in the master bathroom. Will diffidently be using Zerorez again!

Adrian was very thorough and did an exceptional job of getting my carpets clean. He is the first technician to use the tool (red rollers) to remove deep down dirt hair and fibers. I will always ask for Adrian in the future.

We had carpet that was almost a year old and in great condition but we had a cat that urinated and no matter what we did to try to clean it I could always smell it. Zerorez system and products have eliminated the urine out of the carpet and I don't smell it anymore. Carpets look great still and smell good again. We also had the couch cleaned and it also looks great. I will alway use Zerorez from now on.
