Products are green, they do not use soap and/or toxins and your carpet is not soaking wet. It is usually dry within a few hours. Reference Services: Both office help and technicians are very professional, knowledgeable attend to business while on the job.

The work was done in a very professional way. Everything was explained to me first. I had a couple of spots that were too stubborn to come out ( I was not surprised) but they did lighten. And even though my carpet looked stretched when it was finished cleaning all was well by the next morning. I am very happy with how it looks.

Your system for confirming and notification was great. I liked that I got a call telling me the name of the person who was coming and an arrival time.
The man ( I think his name was Edward) who came was professional and courteous and was respectful of my home. I liked that Zeroez sends along plastic corner protectors so the hoses don't rub on the wall as they are brought into the room. He moved the equipment carefully and worked purposefully.
