Our Zerorez person was very professional, worked quickly, and was respectful of our home by using the corner protectors on the walls; she even did our very steep stairs!

Friendly workers. Clean the carpets well.

Service tech was very professional and the cleaning was done fast. The results were better than expected for how old the carpets are.

The areas soiled with cat urine that were treated show no sign of returning odor, unfortunately I couldn't afford to have all areas treated and the overall odor of the room returned. Hopefuly come tax time I will be able to afford a complete treatment.

Bryndon was very professional and did a wonderful job cleaning the carpet. His quality of work and his caring attitude was a very important part of representing how well your cleaning system works. The carpet feels and smells very fresh and clean without the residue that usually lingers after having the carpets cleaned with chemicals and/or detergents. Brent was very personable, explained what he was going to do and he did it, and left our carpet smelling and looking cleaner upon his exit.

Zerorez did an excellent job of cleaning a heavily soiled carpet in our rental, and also resealed grout in an adjoining bathroom's tile floor which also needed cleaning.

Thank you Zero Rez! Brandon did a gteat job cleaning my carpets. He showed up on time, was courteous, wore booties to protect my floor, and left me a beautifully clean carpet. My carpet is 15 years old, and Zero Rez made it look new again, with no residual soap. I would highly recommend zero Rez to anyone!
