The young man that cleaned our carpets, Jose, went above and beyond at cleaning the tough spots, wear areas we had. They truly almost look new again. He always had a smile, was pleasant and explained what to expect from the different fibers of the carpet as it dried, etc. the next day the carpet did not feel residue like at all or had any odor. I am very happy that zerorez put us on his list of houses to see.

Gary did a great job on my carpet! The only complaint I have is that I had asked for a 30 minute call for both the jobs I had scheduled for the day and did not get either call.

I've been using Zerorez since the Jeremy the owner bought the company and he did my carpets for the first time many years ago. I did use another cleaning company one time and made the decision I would never use anyone but Zerorez again! The carpets are always done Immaculate I've had my air ducts cleaned and they do an amazing job there. I would never use anyone else!
