Hunter was the technician that was sent to clean the air ducts. He was great! Very polite, answered all my questions and left without a trace he was here. The next morning the furnace turned on and the was no fog in the air. I would definitely pass this on to friends. Actually, I have and they said they were aware of your company's reputation. Thanks

The work was excellent, as usual--the staff personable, professional and helpful--and my carpets look great. The only suggestion I have for improvement is the time of arrival. The 6-hour window we get when the appointment is made is a challenge for us to plan around. The day before your arrival, I got a call narrowing it to a 4-hour window. That's still a little stressful at our end. It would be better if you could figure out a way to be a bit more precise as to the time of arrival as soon as the date is set.
Thank you for the feedback Carol, i understand your frustration with the arrival windows and agree that it would be nice to have a more precise appointment time. Unfortunately, by the sheer nature of our business that is nearly impossible. There are so many variables in each appointment we go to, IE; amount of work severity of stains requiring treatment, additional work being asked to perform above the initial order, equipment set difficulties or failures, Customers running behind, traffic jams, etc. etc... We try to anticipate and treat each customers particular needs as they are presented, while still knowing there are more jobs ahead in the day. We can only accomplish that by allowing some wiggle room within our schedules. I hope this little bit of insight can help you understand the "why" behind our arrival windows. We value you and your business and will always try our best to satisfy you.
