Carpets stay clean and there is very little drying time.

I've had Zerorez do my carpets several times. About 3 weeks ago I had them do some upholstery work. It is an off-white sofa and when finished the body didn't seem as clean as the cushions which I am able to wash myself. So I gave them a call. Soon they sent out someone to evaluate and within a few days Patrick and his assistant were there and made it right. it is now looking really good. I like that they were so willing to do what needed to be done to make the customer satisfied. They are great! I'll recommend them anytime.

This was my first time for Zerorez! very pleased with the way they cleaned my carpets! The two men were very professional and they made sure that the corners of the furniture were protected so the hose did not rub! They cleaned them in a timely manner! The only negative was I wish they could of gone over the two high traffic areas a couple of times , but will definitely have them back when my carpets need cleaning!

I liked everything about this experience with Zerorez, Not only did you send your technician 45 miles out of Spokane to my location but the young man, Michael, was a delight! He was quick and efficient and very personable and polite. Oh yes, and the carpets looked absolutely great!

Great job as always - one of the front bathrooms is not as clean as the other. There was glitter on the floor when I got in on Sunday to inspect the carpets. Just checking to see if it was missed?

I was very disappointed in the gentleman who was recommended to the stretch the carpet. I spoke to him on the phone, explained what I needed done and he quoted me a price, but when he showed up he told my fiances a different story and a different price. His partner wanted to charge double the price and then they said it could not be done that day and left. He did tell my fiance that we could call and reschedule. I would think twice about recommending the particular gentlemen again.
Zerorez has a wonderful reputation I would for it to get a bad name due to someone they recommended.
