The technician was polite, kind and efficient. He knew exactly what needed to be done. He asked about any stains and treated them. He applied the cleaning solution then went through the whole house and removed the solution and the dirt. The carpet feels wonderful to the foot and looks like new. Thanks Duncan.

Everyone from the girl I spoke to to schedule my carpet cleaning, to the gentleman who phoned the day prior to re-confirm my appointment, to the technician (Jose) who cleaned my carpet were all very nice. Jose worked really hard cleaning my carpets and he did an excellent job.

I was very happy with the customer service I received from Zerorez! I have a few small spots left after the cleaning and one area I was not satisfied with, they sent their man back out very quickly and he took care to make sure the spots came out and the high traffic area was satisfactory.

My carpet looks great and feels wonderfully soft under my feet! The technician was friendly and answered all my questions. I learned a couple things about carpet stretching and vacuuming. I won't ever be calling anyone other than Zerorez to clean my carpets.

The young gentleman that did our work was quite professional and diligent in his work. What is upsetting is that he was sent to us and two other neighbors with a vehicle that had been band-aided to make the journey. This type of thing should not occur with a reputable company. Big kudos to the young gentleman who worked through the blunder(s) of his employer.

We thought that the cleaning went very well. Time was taken to look at our concerns and spent extra time to clean them. Worked efficiently and carefully through all of the rooms. When we need to do it again I hope we get the same young man.
