The service was great. Eli (not sure of the name) went the extra mile. The service truck was leaking steering fluid and I wasn't happy about that. He made the effort to clean it as best he could.

You do a very thorough job. You explain all your charges clearly. With the pet stains on my rug it was a difficult cleaning job well done.
You were also responsive to my desire to have the job done quickly.

The urine treatment for pets was very effective. We have many animals in the house due to being a foster and this treatment made a big difference in the cleanliness of our rooms. The young man who cleaned our carpets was polite and did a great job. He explained what he was doing and why. My house smelled great after he was done.

The rug cleaning was great. Very nice guy and did a good job. On time and only took about an hour. The duct cleaning was a new experience for us. I was disappointed he would not show me what he got out of the ducts. I asked twice and both times he avoided my question. It appeared he did a good job but he left a little bit of a mess that I had to clean up. Not sure if this is normal or not. Overall I am happy especially with the carpet cleaning.

Always a pleasure to have the team members out. They never fail to do a great job, provide small talk. I do wish they would narrow their windows of arrival but they do call when on the way. Even if I am running a small errand, I can always get back to the house to meet them. Workers are very clean and respectful of the property and never sem to be hurried.

On 08-03-2017 Zerorez technician Jose Vieyra-Galvan cleaned the carpets at our house on Cave Bay (Worley) Idaho. This was our first experience with Zerorez, and it will not be our last.

The technician arrived on time and made an efficient and thorough assessment of the work to be completed. He was personable and diligent. He asked appropriate questions about our carpet, its age, the volume of foot and animal traffic, etc. He encouraged me to ask questions, and his answers were understandable and complete. He explained each process used and the reason for using it. He wasted no time during the cleaning processes, and he invited my examination of each process and its results.

I watched everything he did and was impressed with how thorough he was.

I was happy to write the payment check. Zerorez's amount which was thoroughly explained in advance was not just fair; it was an excellent value. After seeing all the material technician Vieyra-Galvan removed and after First name removed and I went back today to examine the completely dry carpet, we were both astonished at how fresh and clean the eight-year-old carpet felt and looked. I'm convinced that Zerorez cleaning added years to the life of our carpet.
