We love Zerorez doing our carpets, always a wonderful job. This time we had an exceptional technician, Jullian, he took the time to go over and over some bad places. The carpet looked
so good and he had such pride in what he was doing. A very nice, professional person who
we could tell wanted us to be 100% satisfied and we were.

I always recommend Zerorez when someone asks for a good carpet cleaning service. I would
also recommend they ask for Jullian although all the technicians are really good. Jullian just
stood out as taking the extra mile to make us happy.

Ammon was right on time, and he knew exactly what to do. We had a renter that left the carpet in very bad shape, he made the carpet look almost new. We were very impress with his knowledge of carpets and efficiency how he did his job. We would highly recommend Zerorez to everyone we talk to about carpets.
