Lucas did a great job explaining in detail what he was doing, why he was doing it, an what chemicals he was using. I really appreciated the extra knowledge. He also let me know Zerorez handles air duct cleanings, will definitely be following up for that service as well!

Zerorez professionals show up on time, are always friendly and helpful and do a great job. I love the no residue aspect and the minimal environmental impact. I wouldn't use any other carpet cleaner.

Duncan was very professional. He walked us through the process, was clean and efficient, and did his best to make the cleaning a smooth process. The only confusing thing (probably my fault) was when the quote asked for number of vents. I counted only heat vents, but cold air returns needed counted as well. No big deal, but better “definition” may help others.

Remington the tech who did the vent cleaning was professional and did an excellent job. I've already referred his name to two other people who want to get the same service. Shawn the carpet clean was also very proficient: I didn't interact with him as much as Remington but we were impressed with the carpet cleaning he performed. I bought several upgrades on Remington's recommendations: they were not heavy sale pressure but I asked what will help my wife's asthma. I am very happy with the upgrades and additions.
