It was a quick service and the service guy was very nice. The cleaning didnt get out the dirt in the pathway and i wasnt sure it would so i got one room saved from recarpeting for $189.

I loved how easy it was. The guy was very quick and efficient and my carpets turned out great!
Our tech did great. My only comment would be to make sure your tech's have all they need on their vans. He had to run back to the shop as he didn't have the right plug for our dryer system, and selling me a filter for my furnace, but didn't have it on the van. Maybe a system in place for checking items prior to the service call such as a question in the reservation process. :)
