Noel was very skilled and gave us complete, accurate information about what to do. He was on time, did a wonderful job. Having 4 dogs (including two puppies) during the last year -- our WHITE carpets were a mess! Little dirty footprints and puppy puddles everywhere. Noel was able to find and eliminate the 'accident' areas. Certain walkways were actually black with dirt. When Noel left - all of the carpets were sparkling white - no dark areas or stains. Quite frankly, our carpets look as good now as when we bought them ten years ago. I was stunned at how good they looked! and smelled! With pets, I appreciate that zerorez is non-toxic. I don't know how it works - but it does. The price was very reasonable and fair. In the past I have paid a lot more for a lot less.

I like that the carpets always look and feel clean, no odors or soap smells. They are never saturated and dry very quickly. Even after putting on the topical preventative protection, there is no smell, they are not stiff. Every technician i have had over the past 7 years has been prompt, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. They know their service and are proud to represent Zerorez.

Great service and the best cleaning formula and technique that I have encountered. My old carpets look like new so I can sell my house without any worries.

Rusty, the vent cleaning technician talked to me for a few minutes and went around my home looking at vents. He told me that he didn’t think my 1 year old home needed the vents cleaned saving me time and money!!! I know he lost commission for not just cleaning them anyway but I am so grateful for his honesty and will definitely call in a few years again when my vents actually need cleaned!
