My sister highly recommended Zerores after having great results in her home in Phoenix. My first experience was rather disappointing but I had an employee who was leaving the company and it appears he skipped some steps in cleaning my carpet. The upstairs carpet was fine but the main floor carpet ended up a dirty gray, and the tile grout didnt seem clean. After a lot of agonizing, I finally called and they quickly rescheduled to have Zerores come back out and do a resurfacing of my main floor carpet and grout. A different employee named Nick came out and did a fabulous job. My main floor carpet looks great and I ended having him seal my grout and add a stain proof treatment to the carpet. Thank you Zerores for turning my experience around.

Love the system of SUPER hot water, just makes it feel so much cleaner. The next morning the carpet was so fluffy and soft, not crunchy, which makes me believe it's super clean. I had spots that I was worried that I would need specific spot treatment but the hot water got them right out! And our tech answered all our questions and was very professional.

The cleaning got rid of the animal smells so the whole house is fresh now.

Brent did a beautiful job on my living room carpet. We talked about what needed to be done prior to him working. I am on a budget and because of that I could not get everything that I would have liked done. The carpet dried quicker than other companies I have used. The pet stains he was able to work on came out beautifully.
The cost of the pet stain remover is very high and that is why I could not get everything thing done.
I am satisfied with his work and would recommend this company with the added info to get the cost before hand and talk with the person prior to his work.
