The gentleman that did the floors was polite, worked efficiently, and answered any of my questions honestly. He informed me of the cost before starting so I had control over what I decided to have done. That way I was able to stay within my budget. I also appreciated that he didn't try to talk me into more product than what I wanted. The floors look great.
