Love the way my rug looks so happy with the service!
Our pets were upset with us after we went away on vacation and proceeded to defile mine and my son's room. The first go around did great with most of the stains and smells but there was one area that the pets really messed up. Zerorez came out a second time, free of charge, and treated the area. Carpet looks great and tech was professional
The tech did a great job of explaining my options about dealing with pet spots and didn't try to sell me what I didn't really need. The carpets look great afterwards, as usual. He also gave some good tips on keeping my carpet looking good.
I like that Zerorez doesn't leave a perfume smell in my house. The carpet genuinely smells and feels clean!
