This service was just as was advertised by the 700 AM afternoon sports radio guys. The technician was on time, very professional and helpful, and put on shoe covers with every entrance to the home. The job was fast and efficiently completed in about an hour. The carpet was ready to walk on right away and looked great. The promo price for the 3 rooms was very reasonable. We are very pleased with the Zerorez experience and would use this service in the future. Thanks again.

The service was professional and I saw an immediate change in the appearance of my carpets before and after the cleaning. I did notice that they don't quite go to the edge of the carpet and so some discoloration/stains are left in the carpet because they're missed.

The product cleans wool Berber carpet.
The staff was pleasant on the phone when I booked the appt.
Chris was able to get our New Zealand wool carpet looking good again.
