I sure appreciate the work you technician, Guy did on both my homes. One was really dirty, the other needed an outright miracle. Guy's attitude was "no carpet will beet me"! No after wet carpet smell afterwards. I also appreciate that Guy really looked and went over stains prior to cleaning I couldn't really see until he pointed out.

We were very impressed with Rusty - his knowledge and hard work. Also that he was willing to bring up the truck hose to the 5th floor and that it would have been even more effective than the self contained unit. We were told by the previous technician that was not possible.

Carpet looks great. Took quite a while to dry though, over night in some areas.

Thank you to Zerorez! I called when we bought our home and the carpets were less than desirable. They arrived within 6 hours (thanks to an opening!) and were able to get them cleaned. It made our moving experience much better...
