Duncan presented himself very well, polite, and he had a trainee with him.

They moved quickly and professionally and looked great showing up out front
of our home in their Blue and White branding and shirts etc.

Price was fine and they moved right along. I am running my own business at home so
have no time to waste.

What do you like about our products and services?

My carpets look great and smell great. I like that ZeroRez sends a text about 30 minutes before they come. I also appreciated my technician. He was super professional, friendly and gave great customer service, checking to see if I was happy with the results.

For a first time customer, I was very impressed how polite, knowledgeable and professional the two men were. Very efficient and my carpet looked fantastic. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned I will use them again. Great company!!!!

What do you like about our products and services?

I hope I remembered my Technician's name. I believe it was Travis. Anyways, he was the best and his attitude was awesome. Knew exactly what he was doing and guided me on different products that would best clean and protect my carpets.

Despite how bad the carpets were, he was able to get it all cleaned. It was like it was brand new. Still looking at it today and don't believe it. It was a huge burden lifted for me. I couldn't be more thankful for all that he's done. I am completely satisfied with everything and can't wait to eventually get to my other rooms done. I would recommend Zerorez and their techs to anyone that needs their carpets cleaned.

The technicians were honest and professional! Our carpets look beautiful and our vents have a nice lemon scent from the microbial that was sprayed in them. We have a heating system that was done by the previous homeowner and it wasn't done properly and we knew that it probably couldn't be professionally cleaned. The technician was honest and didn't take our money when he knew that he couldn't properly access our system. We truly appreciate the honesty and integrity of the technician. Instead he recommended the microbial spray in our vents which we did and we are looking into the home air purification system.
