From start, scheduling, to finish, the cleaning, the Zerorez staff is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and always helpful in matching my cleaning needs with my budget. This is the third cleaning I have had with Zerorez and I will not ever go back to regular carpet cleaning again. The alkanized water not only cleans tough stains like hair dye that was in my carpet for over year, but also there was minimal wetness that dried within three to four hours on a rainy day with no fans or heaters! This company not only lives up to their claims, but they make the experience stress-free and affordable 👍👍

We got a call to let us know that the technician was running a little late, which was appreciated. We knew he was on his way. When he got there he was polite and explained our options. He got to work and before we knew it our carpets were so much better than before. It was a rental and the tenant who just moved out had a dog, which apparently had many accidents on the rug. We are very happy with the job done by Zerorez.

The service techs were very nice and helpful. And hardworking. The Vent and dryer duct cleaning service has speeded up my drying time quite a bit since they cleaned out all the dust and germs in there.
We also had our carpets and furniture cleaned on the next day. The tech worked a long time on the furniture, and I was surprised how good they looked afterwards. They are about 12 years old, and they really get used and abused, especially the armrest next to my husband's favorite cushion on the love seat. It had been very worn and stained with body oils, but he volunteered that he was really happy about how good it came out. And he is very particular.
