I would rate Zerorez about 6/10 for some reason it won’t let me chance the number at the top! Our carpets look great, the tech was friendly, but he tricked me into purchasing an additional service while he was there which I felt wasn’t fair of them and I ended up paying more than I had planned! We probably won’t use zerorez again for that reason!

Chris clearly explained what he was doing and told me about potential spotting problems we may have but was able to clean the majority of them. I was pleased with the service!

The guy was even early. He was very friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing and we discussed my carpet problems completely. I decided to have the protective solution put on the carpet. There was no smell or stiffness to the carpet as it dried. The only thing was the carpet took over 24 hours to dry. I will gladly recommend Zero Rez to others.

I did not appreciate the high pressure sales job from Dominique for the after spray. Also the heavy traffic areas were never cleaned up. Apparently we did not vacuum enough in the past, but other cleaners at other houses got our carpet clean.
Would NOT recommend your company to others! Maybe a little SOAP would help!

RUSTY H. WAS GREAT! HE PATIENTLY OFFERED OPTIONS FOR THE 1955 HOME WE JUST BOUGHT. WE SETTLED ON THE BREATHE CLEAN AIR PURIFIER AND SO FAR ARE PLEASED WITH THE DECISION. THE COMBINATION OF AIR PURIFIER; OPEN WINDOWS AND WASHING EVERYTHING DOWN HAS PRETTY MUCH CALMED THE STALE SMOKING ODOR.
