When I called to make an appointment Zero's records showed what and when my last cleaning was. I was told on the phone how much it would cost (no surprises) and I got an appointment for the next day.

Patrick sought out the dirties areas just so he could show me how clean they would get. His priority was to make me believe in the process and prove to me that he / Zerorez was the best. I liked that.
Your Technician, Seth, was very knowledgeable about my carpet needs. He made a couple suggestions that really worked in taking care of old stains that had recently re-surfaced. When he was finished, my 19-year-old carpet looked as good as new. He spent the necessary time and energy cleaning my carpet, and it shows it!! Thank you!
They were quick to get us in for a measurement of our clinic. And we got in for a cleaning the very next day. They were on time to this appointment and were very quick and efficient when they were here. The gentleman was clear on what we should expect, and reasured the wrinkles in the carpets would flatten out once dried. They did and the carpets look amazing. There is such a noticeable difference.
