Kayla was awesome, very knowledgeable about what you guys do! The house we owned had pet stains in our downstairs carpet and Kayla explained the whole process of solutions to get smells out and such. You guys are lucky to have her!

I was happy for the no smell cleaning and the deodorizer. Some of the stains re appeared. Otherwise the carpet feels clean and is a bit brighter. Tech was very nice and accomodating.

The cleaning process worked well on our older carpet. Most of the staining and dirt came up on the first pass. The carpet cleaner was friendly and finished in less than 2 hours. Most important, the cleaning was safe for my pet birds. There were no chemical used and no fumes. Thank you. He did a beautiful job.
