Technician was great. He explained the process and gave us an estimate of the time and charges. He and his assistant worked hard and both were very careful with our furnishings. One thing I wish I would have been informed about was the possibility after they left our rug might buckle in spots. After a couple hours we saw a couple spots that did just that. It was after hours and we couldn’t reach anybody. I went online and learned that normally this isn’t a major problem and as the rug dries it will retain its shape. This morning it was back to normal and we’re quite relieved.
