Excellent customer service! Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff! Carpets and upholstered furniture feel and look truly clean and were dry in a reasonable amount of time for an affordable price. Love that the cleaning process and products are child/pet friendly and environmentally safe! This was our first experience with ZeroRez and Seth provided excellent service! He was patient, kind & professional. We will definitely recommend ZeroRez!!!

We are very pleased with the results of our cleaned carpets. With the use of our two box fans we were able to move furniture back into place after 8 hours. Thank you!

The technician who showed up came in a timely fashion was professional. He did a wonderful job on her duck system and especially liked the microbial spray. We will use Zerorez again for sure and would recommend them to anyone two thumbs up.

I really loved the price it was only $82 for my living room and hall AND they did a wonderful job!! It's actually worth it to have them come out and do it because if I were to have rented a carpet cleaning machine and bought the solutions to do it myself it would have cost almost as much so to me it was definitely worth it. I love that its only water they use to clean and it works very well.
