They are very dependable, clean, nice and friendly. They do not leave the carpet sopping wet well it takes 24 hours to dry roughly and they do a decent job for very fair price.

I have NEVER had a company that exhibited so much professionalism in the work they did for me. The workers went over everything that they would be doing and even offered some suggestions that would benefit me in the work I was having done. I asked about other services that they offer and the gentleman was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. When it comes time to do the other services, you can believe I WILL be calling Zerorez!
