They showed urgency for my situation by ensuring I got an appointment the same day, the services cost way more than I had anticipated due to the amount of cleaner the service provider, Brent had to use but he was very friendly and easy to communicate with as well as Jennifer, the customer service associate I spoke with over the phone who booked my appointment. I needed them to reclean a small area a few days after the initial appointment and again they showed urgency in booking my appointment and got me in as soon as possible. Highly recommend.

Your choice of technicians seems dynamically wise. This is my third go round with you and Ammon seems to top my expectations again. He was courteous, professional and totally interested in me, my house, my story and his own approach to life and work.

There was no rush by him to finish quickly and leave. He took care of every minute detail in my house and vent system. When I questioned him on it, his reply was that he treated every house as if it was his.

First off, the air duct cleaning is very expensive. Even at half off, it was a big pill to swallow. However, after seeing what is done, I can understand the expense. My tech, Ammon, was the most courteous young man I've encountered in the service industry. He made sure that I understood what he was doing, how he was going to accomplish, and how long it would take. I even called the company after he left to tell his manager or owner how impressed I was with this employee. I would certainly recommend Ammon to do my house again. M J Franks

My granddaughter spilled her entire berry smoothie on the bedroom carpet. I was in a panic since the carpet is very light colored and less than 6 months old.
