The carpet in my house is over 25 years old and it turned out great. Our technicians explained the processes, worked hard and fast and offered services without being pushy. My husband will come home from the hospital to great, clean carpet.

He worked quickly and thoroughly, took steps to dry the carpets as quickly as possible. He was professional, yet personable. He processed our payment, thanked us and cleaned up prior to leaving. What I liked the most was the tech Austin. Top service all around. Told me what he was going to do as well as explaining it as he was doing it. Took before and after video which made me feel a lot better about paying almost $400. He was on time and said it usually takes 2hrs and it did. Was masked up and very professional.

Austin did an amazing job cleaning and sanitizing my carpets and furniture. He explained the whole process from beginning to end, answered my questions, and listed to my concerns. He favorably represented Zerorez and should be promoted. I am looking forward to having him come back May 28th to clean out my ducts.

Our Zerorez cleaner was friendly, helpful and personable. he did a great job.

I liked our rep that came out, Tyler. He was very nice and knowledgeable and was able to do our floors the best he could. We were very happy with the service, but would like for someone to come out and do the floors over again because we can still smell the cat pee which is originally why we had Zeroez come out.

Service rep was on time, polite and did a good job.

The products smell good and smell clean. The service was surprisingly quick and the carpets were dry in less than 24 hours.
