The tech was super knowledgeable and very helpful. Our carpets came out better than expected.
The technician was prompt. He did a thorough walk through and explained what he was going to do and why, and what the exact cost would be before he started. As he finished an area he would show us what he did, then continued on keeping us updated through out the entire time.. The whole house cleaning took approximately two hours. My wife was very happy with the cleaning and I was very happy with the service and the technician. Thank you.

Our carpets are not that old, and we don't have indoor pets, but normal daily wear was leaving them looking tired and dull. Additionally, our stairs had a definite traffic pattern that I could not vacuum back to life. After Zerorez's visit, my carpets look new again! What a wonderful way to start 2021!
