Carpet cleaner was very helpful and shared good information about the cat pee issue. when we moved into the house the odor was noticeable, and carpet cleaning with other products not successful. Since our service this week, odor is completely gone. Its a miracle!

After I set up the appointment I was having second thoughts. I moved everything out of the rooms to be cleaned and saw how bad the carpets really looked and thought "There is no way these carpets are going to get clean! Is this cleaning just a waste of time and money?" To my surprise, when the technician finished, the carpets looked immaculate! You would have thought the carpets had been replaced with new ones!
