First off, I was called immediately when there was an opening in my area. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and answered my questions. He did an amazing job on my 120 sq. ft. of tile. We've never had a professional cleaning but now realize it's so worth it! My tiles look brand new again. The carpet looks beautiful too and the pets approve!

Good cleaning of carpets and only takes about a day to fully dry

I’ve been using Zerorez for 15 years and they always make my carpets look amazing. I’ve used them for duct cleaning, tile floors as well as furniture and they are always professional and thorough. I can’t imagine using anyone else for cleaning services.

The tech was timely on his arrival relative to when dispatch said he should arrive. The tech was very personable when discussing the various options associated with the cleaning. Then there is the Job, the young did great, he cleaned high traffic areas better than they cleaned in the pass.

He was conscientious, we have hardwood floors and he was very careful with them. He demonstrated the same care and concern with respect to the furniture.

Great service--the tech got to work right away and was done quickly. The carpets turned out great! They showed earlier than expected but did text first to make sure I was home. That is quite amazing these days from a typically poor service industry.

The Tech person did an outstanding job cleaning our dryer vent.

Technician was knowledgeable and efficient. Very cognisant of moving his heavy equipment around in my home carefully to avoid bumping in to walls etc. was thorough AND quick and did a great job. Noticed less nasal stuffiness and sneezing immediately!!! Thank you so much!!!
