I really like the multi-step process you use now. It thoroughly cleaned the carpets without being hard on them. I was very happy with the whole experience. The technician was friendly, courteous and did a great job.

Verry friendly staff. Easy to schedule an appointment and upfront about the cost. My carpets looked almost new afterwards. I was really impressed that they were able to get the nail polish out of my carpet in the closet.

He did a wonderful job. He offered extra services at no extra cost to us - which was a big A+ from my perspective.

Our Zerorez guy is named Guy and he was absolutely phenomenal....finished 2 large rooms in a little over an hour. He payed special attention to a specific problem area and resolved it. Every step of the way I bothered him with “over the shoulder” banter and he was pleasant, knowledgeable and fun. The carpets are gorgeous!!
