My appointment was actually early in the 4 hour time window. The technician carefully explained the options. Although the carpet is quite old, it looks so much better. And, there was no odor or long wait for drying. Guy was very personable. I highly recommend.

We had some minor issues after our first treatment. They came back an additional time. The kid that did our carpet was super thorough and super respectful unfortunately we had a few issues with our carpet still. (It is white so it shows water and pet stains easily) they came back again with a senior technician and everything looks great. It shows their dedication and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and getting the job done right. Highly recommend! The second and 3rd visits were at no cost.
