Easy scheduling, quick and efficient service

I like that no chemicals are used. Every technician we have had has been friendly and professional and the carpets are always clean.

We like that our carpets aren't stiff and wet or sticky after cleaning. The tech was knowledgeable and gave us various options to receive the results we wanted. He also took care to protect the wall corners, and wore booties.

Vents cleaned, young man very courteous & went right ti work till done at 7 pm. Pleased with service & the sale as we had many vents.

I originally had Zerorez out to clean my carpets and was not satisfied with the results. The stains I wanted treated remained and I was pretty frustrated. Even though they have a "100 percent satisfaction" guarantee I didn't take advantage of it because I thought "What the heck. I tried them and I was disappointed...so move on." They reached out to me after I gave them a bad review for the job and reminded me that they guarantee satisfaction and would return at my convenience and make sure I was happy with the job. I had them return and all the stains were removed, the technician couldn't have been nicer. The carpets aren't so wet that you have to stay off them for several hours like the other carpet cleaners I've had. My carpets look great and I really appreciated the extra mile they went to make sure I was satisfied.

I had my air ducts cleaned. James, the technician explained what he was doing and was very knowledgeable. He cleaned up his mess. I’m hoping that I’ll have less dust on my surfaces now. In the past I’ve had Zerorez clean my carpets and they always have done a great job. I’ll be scheduling that service in the near future.

The cleaning was done very professionally, he was very good at explaining all the different products and services zero rez offers and everything turned out better than I expected! Everything was done with full disclosure of the process and what we should expect in regards to drying time, limitations with the premium carpet protectant and warranty, how to maintain the carpet long term, was a great experience overall.
