I like the pro you sent to work with me on the carpets and what I needed to get rid of the dog stink. he saw the issue and sniffed the air and hit the rooms with sanitizer anti dog stink. Then came the roasty toasty hot water extractor. He was very thorough and professional. and only took about 6 hours for it to dry, (with the help of a couple of fans blowing on it).
Lukas, your technician, arrived on time, was knowledgeable and informative about my carpets, worked efficiently, and the carpets looked marvelous when he finished. I don't want to step on them, leaving footprints on the pristine look (but of course I have).
We usually get our carpets cleaned twice a year, but because of Covid we only had it done in Feb of 2020. So when Feb 2021 came around we knew we could not wait any longer. Zerorez cleaned 3 bdrm, 2 couches, 4 dining room chairs, 2 halls, stairs and a living room. The job was done very, very well!
