Service Tech was very trained and informed on services to help make an informed decision on what services was best and needed. Although working in a remodel he took protective care with booties and wore face coverings. I have used in the past, and will use in the future.

Don from Zerorez came to our house to clean our carpets. He did a great job! He was friendly and professional. For safety during these crazy times he wore a face mask. He also wore booties on his shoes to help keep things clean. He got it done in a short time span and we so appreciated his hard work and friendliness. The kids extra loved that he gave them stickers too.

I was happy with the great service. I had a time crunch that I did not expect and you guys made it work for me. I always recommend you guys and call you first for both the duct cleaning and carpet cleaning.
He did a very good job, real clean and fast. It did take too long to dry, from about 1:00 pm to the next day? Other than that GREAT JOB!!
