We had Austin clean our carpets. We are very happy with the results. Austin did a top-notch job. We like that he is personable too. NOTE: We did not have a small bedroom done and the next day, I phoned Zerorez hoping to schedule it at the cost of $44, which is what we would have paid if he cleaned it the day he was here. Instead, we would be charged $88 for doing that one room. I do understand that he would have to get the machine set up from the truck, but I think -- as a gesture of good will and great customer service -- Zerorez could charge us just the $44. Have a beautiful day!

Don't know what to think about the up-selling, which proved very effective. The odor from the sealant is still quite strong and seems to be interacting with our gas stove top.
