Our technician (Christopher) was courteous, informative and thorough. He explained what he found in assessing our carpet and what it means for our situation. He was clear in explaining what the process is and why, Our fans were placed in locations to help with the drying process, at our request. When he was done our carpet looked great!

I've normally had a great experience with zerorez, but after our last cleaning, there are spots. We had our tiles/grout cleaned as well, but it looks worse in places.

Our technician did an amazing job. He was professional and hard working. Top notch service from a guy that definitely deserves a great promotion. Thank you Zerorez- you have earned our loyalty. :)

They let me know when they were on their way and even allowed me to track the driver so I knew exactly when to expect him. Once here, the Zerorez employee was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. My carpets look great and I would use them again.

My technician was very professional and courteous. He asked what I was expecting out of the carpet cleaning and then made sure I understood what he was doing and what options were available to me before he started.

My wife and I are moving into a new house and what the black light showed on the carpets made me feel 100% better about getting the carpets cleaned. I loved that there was spot cleaning for the really heavily stained areas. The final kicker was the sealant put on the carpet to help protect the carpet fibers for up to another 5 years.
